Organizing Components in the Content Manager

All components - topics, publications, images, etc - can easily be moved around by dragging and dropping.


You can also organize your content by categorizing it, using the Taxonomies.

  • To create folders to organize your content: open the context menu (the three dots next to an item in the Content Manager) and select Create folder.

  • To move a component, just drag and drop it in the location you want to move it to. Either in the same browser or open a Floating Content Panel.


    To move multiple components at once, select them holding down the Shift key to select many at once, or the Cmd (Mac)/Ctrl (Windows) key to select/deselect individual items, just like in most file browsers you may be used to. Then drag and drop them where you want to move them.
